Shangri-La,One of the best hospitality brands in Asia recently launched in Bangalore.Few selected food bloggers were invited for a bloggers table at b Cafe, all day dining restaurant which is one of the biggest restaurants in Bangalore i have ever seen.The Decor and ambience are pretty warm and does have an outdoor seating as well.
We started off with a welcome drink which had unique presentation.
We had a set menu laid out for us which was specially made by Chefs Antonio Tardi and Rounak Kinger who personally took care of us and made a wonderful spread.Each Dish has been made personally and they explained us the importance of each and every dish and the efforts behind it.
We were served with Yonaha’s Sushi creations ,cucumber and cream cheese sushi, carrot nigiri, Asparagus maki roll. This was served with soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi. The presentation was unique which was presented in a bamboo basket.
In the Steamed section, we were served pumpkin and shitake mushrooms dim sums. They were served with soy chilli and dragon chilli sauce.The authenticity of dim sums and flavours were just amazing!
we were served with Orange and Campari Sorbet and trust me this was really refreshing.
The buffet which is laid out is an lavish spread of all types of cuisines and there is a open kitchen in the middle of B cafe where you can directly interact
As we came to the end of the chefs table, We finished it with Dessert of Dark Chocolate fondant along with Blue cheese and pear ice cream.This is Amazing.
Do try it out and B Cafe is one of the best all day dining restaurants in Bangalore!!!
